We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee screen accuracy.

SECTION 18 – SHIPPING & FREE SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping fees, including free shipping promotions, apply only to the original shipment and have no cash value.
Free shipping promotions are available only for U.S. domestic orders, when clearly stated at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and do not apply to exchanges, replacements, reshipments, or address corrections, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Saja Swimwear is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or held by customs authorities.
SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
