Saja Swimwear pieces are handcrafted to order in Miami to minimize waste and ensure quality. By placing an order on www.sajaswimwear.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

All items are made to order.

- Production time: up to 7 business days before shipping

- Production time does not include shipping transit time

During peak seasons, launches, holidays, or promotions, production time may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience with handmade work.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer several shipping options at checkout.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary based on:

- Shipping method selected

- Destination

- Package size and weight

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active after shipment.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Currently, we ship within the United States.

International shipping: we currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia


SHIPPING FEES & TAXES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Saja Swimwear is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional charges caused by customs clearance processes.

Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method and are provided as estimates only.


FREE SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)


Free shipping promotions are available for U.S. domestic orders only (shipping addresses within the United States), when clearly stated at checkout and when the order meets the required minimum after discounts.

Please note:

- Free shipping has no cash value

- Shipping costs are non-refundable

- Free shipping does not apply to exchanges or reshipments


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

- Packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address

- Delays or losses caused by address errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees

- Reshipment is subject to availability


SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Saja Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather conditions

- Carrier issues

- Holidays

- Customs or security inspections


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package:

- Arrives damaged

- Is missing items

- Is lost in transit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@sajaswimwear.com     
When contacting us, please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage or issue so we can properly review and resolve the matter.
Claims submitted without photos may experience delays or may not be eligible for review.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
