RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING
Because swimwear is an intimate garment and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for refunds.
All Saja Swimwear pieces are handcrafted to order in Miami. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following policy:
RETURNS / REFUNDS
- We do not offer refunds.
- We do not accept returns for money back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if free shipping was applied at checkout.
EXCHANGES (SIZE or COLOR ONLY)
We offer size or color exchanges only, under the conditions below:
- Exchange request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With hygiene liner intact
- With original tags and original packaging
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same style in a different size or color.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Shipping for Exchanges:
- Customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping
- Shipping cost for the replacement item
- Free shipping promotions apply only to the original order and are not transferable.
STORE CREDIT
- Store credit may be offered instead of an exchange.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date.
- If the original order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or made-to-measure orders
- Personalized colors, strap modifications, or special requests
- Limited edition pieces
- Gift cards
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@sajaswimwear.com. So we can resolve the issue.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Saja Swimwear is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by customs clearance processes.
